During any time of troubled economic growth unfortunately art is one of the first things to suffer from neglect and malnourishment.. remember the 70's? (before my time I know, but the consequent crimes inflicted on our culture I have experienced personally, seriously, what were you thinking!). And wouldn't you know it, I choose this time in earth's history to let go of most of my outside income (you don't want to know) and focus more and more of my efforts on making a living as a full time artist (doh!). Thank You, -Nathan About the Artist: I have lived in Colorado most of my life, and over four years ago I decided to make the Beautiful Rocky Mountains of Estes Park my home. My Artwork has been exhibited in several private local Artist Showings and I have also kept an ongoing presence in the Renegade Art Gallery, which is an independant group of Contemporary Artists who reside here in the Estes Park valley. My Work also continues to find a place within the homes of many Private Collectors Worldwide. Including pretty much all over Europe and Canada. What I have become known for is the Depth of Meaning and often Harsh almost Primitive Treatement and Reshaping of Delicate Subject Matter and the Emotional Response it Inspires. My Explorations in Paint include Surrealism Dreamscapes, Nude Figures, Abstract Portraits, Cat & Crow Caricatures, as well as Landscapes of the surrounding Rocky Mountains.
