You are bidding on the offical 2010 National Day of the Cowboy Hatch Poster commemorating the 6th Annual National Day of the Cowboy July 24, 2010 &amp;quot;Kick it up a Notch!&amp;quot; Sixth in the series, the 2010 poster features the art of Florida artist, Jim Harrison. Jim's work was also used for the 2010 Elko Poetry Gathering's poster. Colors this year are deep purple accented by a metallic silver. Jim created the stunning boot and spur graphic and Hatch created the print plate directly from Jim's image. This is the first time our poster has had a two-color graphic. YOUR purchase of National Day of the Cowboy products helps us continue our efforts to gain permanent passage of the Cowboy resolution by the U.S. Congress, and also supports us in our mission to preserve pioneer heritage and Cowboy culture through education and the arts. Hatch Show Print of Nashville Tennessee has been making posters since 1879, using hand-carved wood blocks and hand-cranked printing presses. Their posters are collected all over the world. Posters measure @ 14&amp;quot; by 22&amp;quot; and are on heavy stock &amp;quot;wood grain&amp;quot; poster paper. The National Day of the Cowboy organization is a nonprofit 501(c)3 entity dedicated exclusively to contributing to the preservation of our Cowboy and Western heritage by bringing increased awareness to the National Day of the Cowboy as first proclaimed in the United States Senate in 2005.
